Beauty of the eye

I believe that the eyes are the most beautiful parts of our bodies. Your eyes can tell stories just by looking in them. They come in so many varities of the color. There just so pretty and cool how they work. I love the quote "They say that beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. I think that beauty is within us. If we see it, we show it".-Olianna Portnoy.

Winter Time

Okay I know its still fall but I cant wait for it to be winter !!! I love winter because the cold and its beauty, it inspires me when it comes to art. Its so relaxing to sit by fires or all bundled up out side and take in all the smells and beauty. My favorite thing to do, art wise ,in winter is paint. I don't know why but the Christmas lights and cold weather puts me in the painting mood. This picture just shows how beautiful winter is.

Self Portrait

Using Adobe Illustrator was way different then using Photoshop because illustrator does not use pixels and its a drawing program.I learned how to use new tools in illustrator like the eye dropper tool. it takes to color choosen and is used to fill shapes. My strong point in this assignment is the eyes. I took a lot of time on them. My weap point and not so favorite part was the many time consuming shapes. But over all I had fun doing this project.
